Sneak peek no. 2 – another anniversary card

September 27, 2011

Elegant anniversary card close up

How proud am I of my hubby? So proud! I left him to work in my craft room while I went to the dentist yesterday and when I got back he’d made this anniversary card for me (yes – I’m not the only one in the house that does things last minute, lol). I think it’s simply elegant.

DH wanted me to point out that this would work well for mass producing for wedding invites … and he’s quite right.

So … the sneak peek? OK, so it’s possibly the teeniest, tiniest sneak peek ever.

The ink used for the sentiment is one of the new in colours launching on Saturday heehee.

Elegant anniversary card

Recipe
Stamp sets:  Something to Celebrate (W121897 or C121955)
Cardstock: Very Vanilla (106550)
Ink: Sneak Peek
Embossing Folder: Elegant Bouquet (115964)
Tools: Big Shot (113476)

The card front was run through the Big Shot using the Elegant Bouquet embossing folder and the sentiment was stamped on. Easy peasy!

On the inside he’d also wheeled a Baroque Border and stamped another sentiment in matching ink.

I  promise you much more of a sneak peek tomorrow and a use for the Thick Window Sheets that are retiring. They’re still available as of today but they could be gone by tomorrow – you were warned 😉

Sara xx
