A masculine congratulations card

March 1, 2012

Yesterday I shared a feminine congratulations card and I’m back today to show how I changed out a few elements but kept the layout the same, to make a masculine version of the same card.

By the way, I took the layout from an old Mojo Monday sketch.

The directions are the same as yesterday but I made the following swaps:

Pink Pirouette card – Not Quite Navy

Vanilla Satin & Pink Pirouette Taffeta Ribbon – Not Quite Navy Striped Grosgrain
Basic Pearls – Antique Brass Brads

Recipe
Stamp sets: Under the Big Top (W122875 or C122877)
Cardstock: Very Vanilla (106550)
Ink: Not Quite Navy (103008)
DSP: Well Worn (122359)

The inside is also the same as yesterday but using Not Quite Navy ink and Well Worn DSP.

It was easy to stamp the sentiment and the image separately as I’d split mount the stamp (see here).

It was quite fun to do his and hers cards and it certainly made life easier for me Smile

Sara xx
