March 2, 2012

thank you card close up

I guess that I’m a little late realising that we’re now into a new month Laughing but a new month means that it’s time again to share the batch thank you cards that I’ve been making for my workshop customers.

Same as last month, it features one of our fabulous Sale-a-bration stamp sets, that you can get for free, when you spend £45 on Stampin’ Up! products before 31 March 2012.

I provide my hostesses with one of these little thank you’s for each customer from their workshop.

Recipe
Stamp set: Elementary Elegance (W125120 or C125122) (Free Sale-a-bration set)
Cardstock: Soft Suede (119982), Calypso Coral (124392), Very Vanilla (106550)
Ink: Soft Suede (115657), Calypso Coral (122939)
Punches: Corner Rounder (119871), Curly Label (119851)
Tools: Stamp-a-ma-jig (101049)

The card base is a small square of Soft Suede. A small square of Calypso Coral was stamped in the centre with the frame in Soft Suede ink (using the Stamp-a-ma-jig for placement). The centre of the frame was then punched out with the Curly Label and the corners were rounded. Using Soft Suede ink, the small bird and butterfly were stamped in opposite corners. The sentiment was stamped onto Very Vanilla card with Soft Suede ink and then the crown was stamped over the top with Calypso Coral ink. This layer was adhered direct to the card front and then the frame was popped up over the top with dimensionals.

If you’d like to book a workshop before Sale-a-bration is over then please email or phone me (0775 1133886) as soon as possible so we can pop a date in the diary.

Have a great weekend.

Sara xx
