Today’s card is a real clean and simple card – very basic, but the bold colours and pretty embossing design can carry it off I think.

The sentiment could make it a sympathy card or simply send a message to a friend who may be going through a rough patch.

The card base is an A6 portrait of Real Red, matted with Basic Black. A mat of Real Red Core’dinations card (129320) was run through the Big Shot with the Flower Garden embossing folder (123113) and lightly sanded with the Stampin Sanding Block (129367). The sentiment from Sassy Salutations was stamped in Basic Black ink before the layer was adhered to the front of the card.

It really doesn’t get much easier than that but I’ll be back tomorrow to share a stepped up version of the same card.
