This is a special project that I sent out as a sample card to some of my crafting friends, along with their invite to our Sale-a-bration Open House on 8 February.
The card base is an A6 portrait of Crumb Cake. A sentiment from Bring on the Cake (Wood 128490 or Clear 121958) was stamped along one edge with Early Espresso ink. Flowers from Petal Parade (*SAB freebie Wood 133599 or Clear 133602) were stamped in Early Espresso, Baked Brown Sugar and Crumb Cake onto Very Vanilla card, masking various sections. The panel was matted onto Baked Brown Sugar card, wrapped with Crumb Cake Seam Binding (122332) and Gold Sequin Trim (132983) and then tied in a bow with Gold Baker’s Twine (132975). Gold Designer Vellum (133363) was adhered along the matted panels and then adhered to the front of the card. A few individual sequins were adhered to the centre of flowers to finish.
The Very Vanilla insert was stamped with the arrows from Petal Parade and another sentiment from Bring on the Cake.
