Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrator

Easter sandwich box

I’m sure that I’m not the only one that spends way too much time surfing the internet looking for new craft ideas Laughing

Pinterest and Youtube are a couple of my favourite hangouts and I found this super cute idea on Youtube. It’s a tutorial by an Australian demonstrator that’s available at a small cost. The project is a bit on the fiddly side, though worth it and the tutorial (and extra videos) provided by Tanya are very detailed and easy to follow.

The basic box was made in Pool Party card and trimmed with Gingham Garden DSP (129310). Island Indigo ink was used to stamp the clock face, clock hands from Clockworks (Wood 131973 or Clear 127292) and sentiment from Teeny Tiny Sentiments  (Wood 130042 or Clear 120024) onto Whisper White card. After punching the clock out with the 1-1/4″ Circle (119861) it was matted onto a 1-3/8″ Circle (119860) punched from Island Indigo card. The sentiment was trimmed to a banner, matted onto another banner of Island Indigo card and then fastened to the clock through the centre, with a Mini Brad (122941). Whisper White Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon (126877) was threaded through the hole in the top of the sandwich box for pulling the tear-off front.

The sandwich box contains jelly babies … for those of you straining to see Smile

Don’t forget that we’ll have a new set of Weekly Deals tomorrow.
