Project Life meets Wondrous Wreath

September 7, 2014

When I got the Wondrous Wreath stamp set, I thought what a wonderful frame it would make and how well the sentiments would work as journalling notes.

So today I’m combining it with a Project Life card to make an insert for one of my pages.

Project Life wondrous wreath

I selected one of the Project Life Everyday Adventure cards, chosen for its circular journalling area and adhered a photo of DH in the centre. The base wreath from the Wondrous Wreath photopolymer set* was stampeding Pear Pizzazz ink onto Whisper White card, then the leaves and berries were overstamped with Old Olive and Strawberry Slush inks before die cutting out with the matching Wonderful Wreath framelits*. Sentiments from the same set were selectively inked with a Strawberry Slush marker, stamped onto Whisper White card and punched out with the Word Window. The wreath and sentiments were popped up on dimensionals on the card.

* Buy the Wondrous Wreath stamp set and matching framelits as a Wondrous Wreath photopolymer bundle and save 15%.

I think this combo works for any time of year, not just Christmas. What do you think?
