Something Borrowed Box

Happy Mother’s Day!

… to all the Mums out there 🙂

Now that I know my Mum has opened her present, I can share a helpful discovery I made as I put together the packaging for her gift 😉

This is how it looked all wrapped up.

I started with a Tiny Treat Box (25 of them in a package for just £6.25!). Then, to give it a Springtime look, each side and the top of the box were matted with Whisper White card and then Something Borrowed DSP. The lacy butterfly from Butterfly Basics* was inked with Blushing Bride ink and then the edges were sponged with a little Blackberry Bliss ink before stamping onto Whisper White card and die cutting out with the Butterflies* thinlit.

Buy both the Butterfly Basics stamp set and the Butterflies thinlits together as a Butterfly Basics bundle and save 15%.

Our April Technique Class is all about these thinlits if you’d like to join us.

I’d bought my Mum a Pandora charm for her bracelet.

And if you leave the outer card wrap on the charm box and turn it on it’s side, it slides into the Tiny Treat Box and fits perfectly!

Have a wonderful day today, whether you’re a Mum or not.
