Perpetual Birthday card

May 13, 2015

The Perpetual Birthday stamp set is designed to be used with the Perpetual Birthday Calendar Project Kit … but of course it can be used for so much more.

Here we’ve teamed it with sentiments from the Celebrate Today set to create a birthday card. With eleven different mini patterns you could easily make this card into a set for gifting 🙂

The card base is an A6 portrait of Wisteria Wonder. Wisteria Wonder ink was used to stamp the spiky circles pattern from Perpetual Birthday down the left edge of the card front. After stamping the Happy Birthday sentiment from Celebrate Today in Sahara Sand onto a strip of Whisper White, the stars pattern from Perpetual Birthday was stamped repeatedly above and below the sentiment. Soft Sky card was punched with Dotted Scalloped Ribbon Border (sold out), adhered either side, behind the stamped strip and then adhered direct to the card front.

On the Whisper White insert, the Celebrate sentiment from Celebrate Today was stamped in Sahara Sand and the stars pattern from Perpetual Birthday was stamped in Wisteria Wonder ink on opposite corners of the sentiment.

One of these days I’ll also get around to using the set for my Calendar Kit!
