You Move Me gift tag

August 11, 2017

Today’s share is a pretty gift tag for a friend whose favourite colour is orange. There are a few to choose from within the SU! colour families but I opted for Tangerine Tango, to tone in with the DSP I wanted to use.

A tag was punched from 2″ wide Basic Black card using the Scalloped Tag Topper punch. A slightly narrower piece of Whole Lot of Lovely DSP was also punched and then adhered to the Basic Black tag. The teeny patterned butterfly from the You Move Me set was stamped onto Tangerine Tango card with Basic Black ink and die cut out with the co-ordinating Move Me die. This was popped up near the top of the tag with a mini dimensional. The large outline butterfly was die cut from Tangerine Tango. Both the outline and detailed large butterfly dies were used to cut a butterfly from Basic Black card which was popped up over the large Tangerine butterfly with a dimensional and then both popped up on the tag with another dimensional, allowing one of the wings to overhang a little. A Basic Rhinestone was added to the body of the large butterfly.

On the reverse, a Whisper White tag was stamped with a sentiment from Celebration Time in Basic Black and adhered direct.

The gift was wrapped in black tissue paper and then printed cellophane.

The tag was then tied on with Lemon Lime Twist Finely Woven Ribbon.

Have a great weekend.

Sara xx
