Today’s card is based on another Mojo Monday sketch:
Although I love the circles used in the sketch, I decided to swap them out for postage stamps. I’ll probably try the sketch again sometime with the circles though
Recipe
Stamp sets: Perfect Postage (W126111 or C126113), Marry Me (W121929 or C122003), Teeny Tiny Wishes (W115370)
Cardstock: Real Red (106578), Red Glimmer Paper (121790), Whisper White (106549)
Ink: Real Red (103133)
DSP: Mocha Morning Specialty (122366)
Punches: Postage Stamp (122344), Small Heart (117193)
The card base is an A6 landscape of Real Red, matted with black flocked paper from the Mocha Morning Specialty collection. A wide strip of the same Real Red card, matted again with the same paper, was adhered across the front of the card. The heart postage stamp was stamped three times with Real Red ink onto Whisper White card and punched out with the Postage Stamp. Real Red ink was also used to stamp the couple from the Marry Me set onto Whisper White card, punch out with the Postage Stamp. The stamps were popped up on dimensionals across the card front. Three Small Hearts were punched from Red Glimmer Paper and popped up on slivers of dimensionals in the centres of the postage stamped hearts. The sentiment was stamped in Real Red ink onto Whisper White card and shaped into a banner. This was matted onto Red Glimmer Paper, also shaped and then popped up on dimensionals on the card front.
