I needed an anniversary card for my brother and SIL and so I decided to make Julie’s card all in white.

The card base used throughout was Shimmery White, to give a little bit more substance. Perfect Polka Dots (117335) texture was added to the card base using an embossing folder and then more texture added to the Scallop Circle die cut (113468) layer using the Vintage Wallpaper (120175). A Perfect Pennants (123126) medallion and leaves from the Bird Builder punch (117191) were added plain. Mixed Bunch (W125535 or C125537) was given a little bling using Heat and Stick Powder (100625) with Dazzling Diamonds (102023) then the flower centre was embossed white on white before adding a Basic Rhinestone (119246).

I just love how these white on white layers have changed Julie’s card whilst keeping it the same … if that makes sense, lol.
