Back now to the crafty news … and I’m sharing my December thank you’s a little early for a change. Instead of a thank you message, they carry a Christmas message this month (well most people can use an extra Christmas card this time of year can’t they?).

The base card is a small square of Cherry Cobbler. To create the little gingerbread man, the stamp from the Scentsational Season set (W121026 or C121190) was first inked with Versamark, then before stamping was inked again with Soft Suede ink, then finally stamped onto a Very Vanilla mat. It was covered with Sugar and Spice Embossing Powder (127829) and heat embossed. It smells yummy! The sentiment from Petite Pairs (W122495 or C122497) was stamped in Cherry Cobbler ink. This mat and another one of Crumb Cake had the corners punched away with a segment of the 1″ Circle (119868).  After adhering them together they were wrapped across one corner with Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding Ribbon (120992) which had had a knot tied in it and then popped up on the card front with dimensionals. To finish, Cherry Cobbler Dazzling Details (125585) were applied to the gingerbread man’s “buttons”.
