Last week’s Friday feature, showing how to use our all occasion stamp sets for Christmas cards, used Bootiful Occasions. Today I’m back with a Get Well card using the same stamp set (there are also boots for birthday and/or Halloween, together with matching sentiments) .

The card base is an A6 portrait of Pool Party. The wellington boot from Bootiful Occasions (W131967 or C126597) was stamped in Crushed Curry ink onto Whisper White card, masked and stamped again. Puddles and splashes were drawn around the wellingtons with a 2-Way Glue Pen and covered with Dazzling Diamonds Glitter (102023) and then the layer was added to the card front. A mat of Venetian Romance DSP (130144), backed by Island Indigo for extra strength was die cut with the Ovals Collection framelit (129381) and popped over the card front on dimensionals. The sentiment from the same stamp set was stamped in Crushed Curry ink onto Whisper White card, punched out with the Ticket Duo Builder (126883), repositioned and punched again. This was then matted onto another ticket punched from Island Indigo card and added to the card front. A Vintage Faceted Designer Button (127555) was tied onto a sliver of Crushed Curry Chevron Ribbon (130019) with Island Indigo Baker’s Twine (125575) and added to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.
