On to day 2 of our countdown to Sale-a-bration (starting 28 January). Sale-a-bration is our annual Stampin’ Up! party, with loads of free products. Today it’s the Sweet Sorbet Accessory Pack.

This pack contains 3 spools of Twine, one each of Crisp Cantaloupe, Pool Party and Summer Starfruit. These twines are much thicker than our regular Baker’s Twine and are great to use in place of a thin ribbon on your projects. Also included in the Accessory Pack is a small sheet of printed, adhesive-backed die-cut cork shapes, simply peel and stick to your project.

The card base here is an A6 portrait of Soft Sky, matted with Crisp Cantaloupe and Very Vanilla card. Baked Brown Sugar ink was used to stamp the sentiment from Four You (Wood 130535 or Clear 130538) in the top right. The flowers were added to the card front, straight from the cork sheets. To make the butterflies, one colour of Twine was wrapped around my fingers then secured and tied in the middle with a contrasting colour twine, the ends snipped to create the antenna. These were adhered to the card with Tombow Multipurpose Adhesive.
