Today’s card uses another of the stamp sets that are exclusive to our hostesses. Our current catalogue runs through the the end of June, so there’s only a couple of months left to host a workshop if you’d like to get hold of one of these great sets.
What’s involved in a workshop? Well, you bring the friends and I’ll bring the crafts. There’s no need put on lots of food and drink – a cuppa and maybe a biccie is all it takes (unless you want to do more).
Don’t have space? Then just keep it to a small, select group or why not have a “virtual workshop” – just share the catalogues out to friends and collect the orders in.
Just email me and we can have a chat and fix a date 🙂
The card base is an A6 landscape of Raspberry Ripple. Using the Simply Scored Borders Plate (126192), curved score lines were added as a border to the card front edge. Delicate Details Lace Tape (130966) was adhered in line with the scallops and Basic Rhinestones (119246) added in the centres of the circles. Raspberry Ripple In Color DSP (130137) was punched at the corners with the Corner Rounder (119871), matted onto Whisper White card, also rounded at the corners and popped up on the card front with dimensionals. This Corner Rounder punch was also used on the outer edged of the card base. The large flower from Morning Meadow (Wood 129675 or Clear 129678 – hostess only set) was inked with Primrose Petals and then Raspberry Ripple ink was added to the middle with a Sponge Dauber (102892) before stamping onto Whisper White card and punching out with the Pansy (130698). Three more flowers were stamped and punched and some adhered direct and others popped up on dimensionals on the card front. One of the sentiments from the Morning Meadow set was stamped onto Whisper White card with Raspberry Ripple ink, punched out with the Word Window (119857), matted onto a Modern Label (119849) punched from Primrose Petals card and popped up on dimensionals on the card front.
On the Whisper White insert, the blossom sprays from the Morning Meadow set were stamped across opposite corners using Primrose Petals ink and all the corners rounded with the Corner Rounder.
Thanks for stopping by.
