Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrator

Welcome banner cards

Today is a bit of a crossover day, business-wise.  You may have already heard that I’m now an Artist (of the jewellery kind) with South Hill Designs and of course, still a demonstrator with Stampin’ Up!

Four lovely ladies have now joined my South Hill Designs Dream Team and so I wanted to make cards to welcome them. My masculine banner card has been very popular and so I decided to change the colours up to make it more girlie and add a bit of bling in keeping with some of our rhinestone encrusted lockets.

The card is approx. an A6 portrait gatefold (but cut to 8″ on the long edge and scored at 2″ and 4″  to make the gatefold measurements easier) of Strawberry Slush. It was matted with Kaleidoscope DSP (132995) The sentiment from Perfect Pennants  (Wood 133227 orClear 133230) was stamped in Strawberry Slush ink onto Whisper White card and die cut out with the smallest Banner framelit (132173). Three of the 2nd smallest banners were die cut from Silver Glimmer Paper (124005). Two of the 3rd smallest banners were die cut from Coastal Cabana card and another from Strawberry Slush. The banners were all adhered direct, one to the other, and then popped up on the card front on dimensionals. Small flowers (SNEAK PEEK) were punched from Strawberry Slush card, adhered to the Glimmer Paper and finished with a Basic Rhinestone (119246) in the centre of each.

As you’re here for the crafting I don’t want to bombard you with pix of my jewellery but I will share the occasional pic every few weeks or so, as and when the two worlds collide and my South Hill followers will get to see some of my crafting in return 🙂

Here’s one of my favourite lockets – the medium Rose Gold, with a Rose Gold SHD flower screen and a diddy crystal butterfly.
