I shared a sneak peek of one of the 6 images from the Traveler stamp set last week and I have a different one for you this week. This set is absolutely ideal for masculine cards and the ship image works so well with the Maritime DSP, which has a mix of designs for both youngsters and adults.

The card base is an A6 landscape of Night of Navy, matted with Maritime DSP. Some torn pieces of the reverse side of the same DSP were added to the corners. After stamping the ship from the Traveler stamp set in Night of Navy ink onto Whisper White card, it was matted onto Night of Navy and then Real Red card and popped up on the card front with dimensionals. A sentiment from the existing Teeny Tiny Sentiments  (Wood 130042 or Clear 120024)  was stamped in Night of Navy ink onto Whisper White card, punched out with the Word Window (119857), matted onto a Modern Label (119849) punched from Real Red card and then popped up on dimensionals between the torn papers.

On the inside I decided not to add another sentiment. (Most men I know don’t tend to read them too carefully – don’t know if it’s any different for you?). Instead I added a rope in Night of Navy ink and an anchor in Real Red ink, both are another sneak peek from the upcoming Sea Street stamp set.
