I’m busy prepping for tomorrow’s class (which also means creating samples ready for the next one) and drooling over the Autumn/Winter catalogue. Yes! Another perk of being a demonstrator – I get to see it now, well ahead of the launch date of 28 August (sorry to rub it in … but you could always join our team and get the same perks). I really do think that it’s probably their best yet – loving it!

As I’m otherwise busy or distracted, today’s card is from a guest crafter. This was another of hubby’s birthday cards and it was made by his Mum/my friend, Mari.

I especially like how she created her own “paper” and I’ll be stealing this idea very soon 🙂

The card base Pistachio Pudding, matted with layers of Pistachio Pudding and Very Vanilla that was first run through the Big Shot in the Chevron embossing folder. Gorgeous Grunge and Sassy Salutations have then been used to create a background “paper”. The beer mug and the bee are both from retired sets.
