Today’s card is a birthday card for my MIL. Happy birthday Mari!

I loved these cutsies as soon as I set eyes on them. It’s the llama that gets me every time – I just can’t hep smiling.

The sentiments that come with them cover birthdays, belated birthdays, get well and general occasion.

I hope that you love them too 🙂

The card base is an A6 landscape of Tangerine Tango with the front right edge trimmed away. After stamping the main animal group from the From The Herd set onto Whisper White card with Memento Black ink, the balloon and party hat were added. Blendabilities were used to colour in the animals. Strips of Bermuda Bay card were punched with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border and then used to edge the main image. Bermuda Bay Sequin Trim was wrapped around card front layer before adhering direct to the card front. The birthday sentiment was stamped in Bermuda Bay ink onto the edge of the exposed Whisper White insert so that it shows when the card is closed.

A Bermuda Bay marker was used to selectively colour the sentiments and llama head direct to stamp before huffing and stamping onto the insert.
