This was one of the cards we made at our monthly card class this last weekend. I really enjoyed teaming this fun stamp set with the bright and cheery birthday paper. A few sequins give it that bit of added bling 🙂

The card base is an A6 of Bermuda Bay matted with Birthday Bash Specialty DSP.  Bermuda Bay ink was used to stamp the “Make Today” image from Amazing Birthday onto a panel of Whisper White which was then matted onto Bermuda Bay card and then popped up on dimensionals on the card front. The same “Make Today” image was stamped again onto Whisper White card with Tangelo Twist ink and the “Make” and “Amazing” were cut out by hand and popped up again with more dimensionals over the original words. A bow of Tangelo Twist Satin Stitched Ribbon was attached below the “Amazing” banner with Mini Glue Dots. A few Bermuda Bay Sequins were adhered randomly over the card front.

On the Whisper White insert, the striped banner from the same Amazing Birthday set was stamped in Crushed Curry ink. Mossy Meadow ink was used to stamp the Happy Birthday sentiment over the top of the banner. A small strip of the gold foiled Birthday Bash DSP was adhered along the bottom.
