A few weeks ago we shared a Butterfly Basic card that had been simply stamped. As promised we’re back today with another version, that this time also uses the matching thinlits (buy together as a bundle to save 15%)
The card base is an A6 portrait of Blackberry Bliss. Sahara Sand ink was used to stamp the fern from Butterfly Basics* repeatedly onto a layer of Very Vanilla, without reinking between to get a paler shade. Blackberry Bliss was used to stamp the striped lines at right angles along the left and bottom edges. Using the stamped lines as a guide, the honeycomb was stamped into the corner with Sahara Sand and then Blackberry Bliss wasted to stamp the sentiment over the top. After stamping the lacy butterfly onto a scrap of Very Vanilla, it was die cut out with the matching Butterflies* thinlit. This was adhered along the body, to a medium butterfly die cut from Blackberry Bliss card and then direct to the card front, with the wings lifted slightly.

On the Very Vanilla insert, a sentiment from the set was stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink. The fern, honeycomb and postage mark were stamped in Sahara Sand ink.
Have a great weekend.
