Festival of Trees isn’t a new stamp set. It’s been around for a little while and is available in the main catalogue but here it’s been jazzed up and given a new lease of life with extra goodies from the Autumn/Winter catty.

The card base is an A6 landscape of Smoky Slate. Just a section (“Christmas”) of a sentiment from Flurry of Wishes was stamped onto a Whisper White card layer with Versamark and heat embossed with Silver EP. A panel of Holidays Fancy Foil Designer Vellum was adhered below the stamped sentiment and the adhesive was hidden by skinny strips of Silver Glimmer Paper. The “merry” Christmas Greetings thinlit was used to die cut the same Glimmer Paper which was then adhered above the Christmas and then the layer adhered direct to the front of the card. After stamping the spotty tree from Festival of Trees onto Whisper White card with Versamark it was heat embossed with Silver EP and punched out with the Tree. Strands of both Silver Cording Trim and Silver Metallic Thread were secured behind the tree before popping it up on dimensionals on the card front. Basic Rhinestones were used to decorate the tree.

On the Whisper White insert, another tree and sentiments from the Festival of Trees set were stamped in Cucumber Crush ink.
