Here’s a little sneak peek of my valentine card to my hubby. Shhh! Don’t tell him 🙂

I only make the one valentine so I wanted it to be special.

It uses the Bloomin’ Love stamp set and the gorgeous new Bloomin’ Heart thinlits dies which can be bought together as a bundle, saving 15%.

The card base is an A6 portrait of Pool Party matted with Real Red card that was first run through the Stars embossing folder. A Bloomin’ Heart was die cut from Pool Party card and popped up on slivers of dimensionals. Two large and three small flowers (from the same thinlits set) were die cut from Very Vanilla card, stamped with matching flowers from the Bloomin’ Love stamp set in Pool Party ink and adhered over the flowers on the die cut heart. Basic Rhinestones were added to the centres of the flowers to finish. After stamping the banner from Bloomin’ Love in Pool Party ink onto Very Vanilla card, a sentiment from the set was added in Real Red ink and then the banner die cut out with the Large Numbers framelits before popping up on dimensionals on the card front.

On the Very Vanilla insert, another sentiment was stamped in Real Red ink and a flower spray in Pool Party.
