On Saturday I shared another card made with the Rose Garden thinlits and mentioned that I was happier with the leftovers 🙂
So here’s the card I made with those leftovers.
The card base is a small square of Bermuda Bay matted with Basic Black card. Taking the negative pieces of a large flower, die cut from Bermuda Bay card with the Rose Garden thinlits, they were positioned exactly on the card front. After stamping a sentiment from the Tin of Cards set on the card front with Versamark it was heat embossed with White EP.
To position the pieces exactly, the whole die cut flower was placed over the card layer and then each piece lifted out, adhesive added to the back and the piece replaced into the aperture, finally lifting away the thin flower and leaving the adhered pieces in place.
On the Whisper White insert, a flower from the Cottage Greetings set was stamped several times in Bermuda Bay ink.
Elegant, don’t you think?
