I’m currently selling some of my old, retired Stampin’ Up! sets on eBay (got to make room for all the lovely new goodies that will be coming in June … and demonstrators get to order them in May!) and so I needed a batch of thank you’s ready to go out in the parcels.
The card base is a small square of Lost Lagoon. After die cutting a Sunburst from Daffodil Delight it was adhered direct to a square of Soft Sky and then direct to the card front. The leaves from Endless Thanks were stamped twice around the middle of the Sunburst using Daffodil Delight ink. Lost Lagoon ink was used to stamp the banner and the sentiment from the same stamp set onto Whisper White card, which was then fussy cut out and popped up on dimensionals over the centre of the Sunburst. The tiny flower was stamped onto the banner with Daffodil Delight ink and the centre finished with Basic Rhinestone.
On the Whisper White insert, the larger flower was stamped with Daffodil Delight ink and leaves added with Lost Lagoon ink.
Lost Lagoon is one of the retiring in colors. It is still available as I write this, though Mossy Meadow has sold out of card and ink and Blackberry Bliss ink has gone. Some of my favourite retiring stamp sets have also already sold out, like the Swallowtail, Serene Silhouettes and the World Map. So please don’t leave it too late to order your retiring products if you have favourites that you haven’t got around to buying yet.
And if you’d like a chance to pre-order from the new catalogue a whole month ahead of everyone else, then email me to learn more about joining Stampin’ Up!
