Our card today uses just one of the pens from the Crafting Forever set to make it look as though we added handwriting to a birthday card.
The card base is an A6 landscape of Dapper Denim, matted with a layer of Berry Burst. Using Dapper Denim and Berry Burst markers, the sentiment from Birthday Blooms was stamped in two sections onto a card front layer of Whisper White. The “t” in “Happiest” was extended a little using the Dapper Denim marker. A panel of Colour Theory DSP was adhered to the card front layer underneath the sentiment and skinny strips of Berry Burst card were added above and below. After stamping the pens from Crafting Forever onto a scrap of Whisper White card, one was coloured using Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist and Smokey Slate markers, then fussy cut out and popped up on slivers of dimensionals. A few Glitter Enamel Dots were added as ink spots to finish.
On the Whisper White insert, a single pen was stamped in Dapper Denim (I’ve cut my pens apart and can reassemble them on the block if I want to use them as a trio again).
Have a great weekend.
