Today’s card is from a guest crafter – my hubby! Today is my MIL’s 70th birthday – Happy Birthday Mari!
And my hubby always makes his own cards for his Mum and Dad – it’s become a tradition 🙂
After the usual preamble of something very specific – this time it was “have you got a stamp set with chickens in it” (anyone remember last year’s Sale-a-bration set? I don’t have it any more) we finally got back on track and he put together this very professional looking card.
The card base is an A6 portrait of Bermuda Bay matted with Picture Perfect Party DSP. Large Numbers framelits were used to die cut the “70” from Myths & Magic Glimmer Paper and then they were popped up on the card front with Mini Dimensionals.
On the Whisper White insert a sentiment of Bermuda Bay card, die cut with the Happy Birthday thinlits was added along with a few Subtles Enamel Shapes.
All his own work and I’m so proud not just of what he creates but that he does it with love.
Hugs petal.
Thanks for stopping by.
