Time for another card made with a Sale-a-bration set and I’m back again to the Party Pandas today.
One of the (3) pandas in the set is pictured holding a balloon and that made me think of our Balloon Bouquet punch. I used the punch to add a few extra balloons to his bouquet and as the punched version is slightly larger than the stamped version I added a punched balloon over the original so they’d all be the same size.
The card base is an A6 portrait of Peekaboo Peach, matted with Sweet Sugarplum and Tutti-frutti DSP. Using Basic Black ink, the balloon panda from the Party Pandas set was stamped onto a panel of Whisper White card and a sentiment from the set was stamped onto a scrap of Whisper White. Both were matted onto Sweet Sugarplum card and popped up on the card front with dimensionals. Three of the smaller balloon were punched from Tutti-frutti DSP with the Balloon Bouquet punch. These were popped up on the card front with dimensionals and extra strings were drawn from the ballon to the panda’s hand with a Journalling Pen. Some Subtles Enamel Shapes were added to finish the card.
On the Whisper White insert, another panda from the same set was stamped in Basic Black and another sentiment from the set stamped over the top of his envelope. A strip of the DSP left over from the front of the card was adhered across the bottom and a heart Enamel Shape added over the stamped heart.
These pandas are just so cute! I could stamp with them all day!
