I shared another thank you card made with this Heartfelt Blooms a week or so ago and it proved very popular. This version is just a little different.
The photographic look of this stamp is stunning and it’s so easy to use.
The card base is an A6 landscape of Berry Burst, matted with Sahara Sand. A card layer of Whisper White was stamped multiple times around the edges, with the flower from the Heartfelt Blooms, using Berry Burst and Sahara Sand inks and rotating the stamp to get different portions of it. A sentiment from the same set was stamped in the negative space left, also with Berry Burst ink. A few Tutti-frutti Adhesive-Backed Sequins were added to finish.
On the Whisper White insert, the flower was stamped again in the upper left and bottom right corners using Berry Burst ink.
Thanks for stopping by.

I have trouble getting the light part of the flower light. It all looks dark. What am I doing wrong.
Hi Joan
Are you tapping too hard with the inkpad (or even squishing)? These stamps only need a light touch. You could even try adding the ink to the stamp using a brayer instead of the inkpad direct – that way you avoid adding too much. Have a go and let me know how you get on.
