Another sneak peek for you today and this one features our Cross-Stitched Christmas stamp set.
The different stamps are layered to build a full picture in a cross stitch design and the set includes a Christmas tree and a bauble as well as multiple sentiments. My version here isn’t spot on – I need to find my Stamparatus – it’s not appeared among the unpacking yet 🙂
The colour combo is Poppy Parade, Shaded Spruce and Granny Apple Green.
The card base is an A6 portrait of Poppy Parade, the front of which was run through the Big Shot with the Quilt Top embossing folder. Trees from the Cross-Stitched Christmas set were stamped onto a panel of Whisper White using Shaded Spruce, Granny Apple Green and Poppy Parade inks. Early Espresso ink was used to stamp the tree trunk and Crushed Curry to add the star to the top of the tree. Cross stitch detail was added to both sides of the panel using Stitched Labels framelits before matting it onto Shaded Spruce card and then popping it up on the card front with dimensionals. A sentiment from the same Cross-Stitched Christmas set was stamped onto a scrap of Whisper White card with poppy Parade ink and then die cut out with a teeny frame from the Stitched Labels framelits. This was adhered direct to another frame die cut from Poppy Parade card and then popped up on the card front with more dimensionals.
On the Whisper White insert, another sentiment from the Cross-Stitched Christmas set was stamped with Shaded Spruce ink.
Thanks for stopping by.
Sara xx
