Yesterday I shared that the Dashing Along DSP that you can get free when you host a qualifying workshop, isn’t just for Christmas … but of course it can be used for that too.
Today the card has the same DSP and layout but a change of sentiment (and one extra inked and a little bling).
Same as yesterday, the colours used are Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green and Whisper White.
The card base is an A6 landscape of Garden Green, matted with Dashing Along DSP. A sentiment fromMerry Christmas To All was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink onto a panel of Whisper White card. Using Garden Green ink, a few holly sprigs from the same set were added and finished with some Red Rhinestones. The panel was matted onto Cherry Cobbler card and then popped up on the card front with dimensionals. Again, very simple but striking.
On the Whisper White insert, a sentiment from the same set was stamped, again with Cherry Cobbler ink and a swirl from the set stamped beneath in Garden Green ink. A strip of the DSP used on the front was adhered direct to the right hand side.
Tomorrow we’ll switch back to a birthday card and just a slight change of colour combo.
