Just one of the fun elements of our Stampin’ Up! conferences is the swapping. I make multiple versions of the same card but then work on more than one set so that I don’t get bored. This was one of the batches I made – 20 of them.
I was so pleased that SU! introduced the Red Rhinestones this year – it saved me from colouring a bunch of the clear ones with my Blends and since each of these cards has 10-11 rhinestones on, that would have been a lot of colouring 🙂
The colour combo mixes  Tranquil Tide, Real Red and Very Vanilla.
The card base is a small square of Tranquil Tide, matted with Real Red. Using Tranquil Tide ink, a sentiment and small holly leaf from Merry Christmas to All were stamped towards the top of a card front layer of Very Vanilla before adhering direct to the card front. The leafy circle from the Swirly Scribbles thinlits was die cut from Joyous Noel Glimmer Paper and adhered direct to the card front. Red Rhinestones were added to the wreath and the holly leaf and a bow of Real Red Ribbon was used to finish.
On the Very Vanilla insert, another sentiment and a flourish from the same Merry Christmas To All set were stamped in Tranquil Tide ink.
Thanks for stopping by.
