Valentine’s day may not be far away but who says you have to wait until then to appreciate your sweetheart.

I love the sentiments in the Wonderful Romance set and they were just what I needed for this card for my hubby.

The colour combination is taken from the colours in the DSP and mixes Mossy Meadow, Pear Pizzazz and Fresh Fig.

The card base is a small square of Mossy Meadow, matted with Floral Romance Specialty DSP. A frame was die cut from Whisper White card using one of the Wonderful Floral framelits and stamped with a sentiment from the co-ordinating Wonderful Romance set, stamped in Mossy Meadow ink. This was popped up on the card front with dimensionals. A small motif from one of the vellum sheets was fussy cut out and adhered to the frame. A Faceted Dot (Blackberry Bliss) was adhered to the centre of the vellum flower to finish and to hide the adhesive below.

On the Whisper White insert, another sentiment and leaves from the Wonderful Romance set were stamped in Mossy Meadow ink.
