We still have some of the Sale-a-bration Foil Sheets as a choice of freebie but I suspect that they may not be around for too much longer – they’re proving very popular.
Here the Foil takes centre stage to show off the black doily, providing both the frame and the background.
The colour combo is a monochromatic mix of Basic Black and Grapefruit Grove.
The card base is an A6 portrait of Basic Black matted with Grapefruit Grove Foil. A card front layer of Basic Black was die cut with one of the Doily Builder thinlits. Black Stazon was used to stamp a sentiment from Itty Bitty Birthdays onto a scrap of Grapefruit Grove Foil and once dry, this was die cut out with a Stitched Label framelit. Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon (carried forward from the Autumn/Winter catty) was threaded through the Stitched Label which was popped up on the die cut card front layer and the ribbon secured on the reverse. The card front layer was popped up on the card front with more dimensionals and finished with a Faceted Dot in the centre of the doily.
On the Whisper White insert, another sentiment from Itty Bitty Birthdays was stamped with Black Stazon and Grapefruit Grove ink was used to stamp a border of lace circles from the Dear Doily set down the right side.
Thanks for stopping by.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
