A quick post today as I’m in Dublin for the weekend doing some extra CPD (Continuing Professional Development) training for my day job.

In case you didn’t know from previous posts, I’m now fully qualified as an acupuncturist and I’ve opened my own practice in Scarborough. It’s a wonderful, relaxing treatment space with a soothing sea view.

The training this weekend is to learn some additional techniques to support those going through the some of the trickier times in life such as conditions linked to menstruation, menopause, andropause (that’s the version for men) and the impact of trauma and resistance to change on our health.
