This Lily Pad Hello card uses mainly the Lily Pad dies – available during Sale-a-bration free, with a purchase of £90.
The set contains 11 dies in total and only 3 of them have been used on this card. They also co-ordinate with the Lovely Lily Pad stamp set, another Sale-a-bration freebie.
The sentiment is from the Dressed To Impress set and is to welcome a new Paper Dolls team member (sorry to spoil any surprise Jean)! I’ll be sending it out with a little package of goodies in the next day or so. If you’d like to join us then just check out the extras you get during Sale-a-bration.
Colour Combo
This colour combo mixes Real Red, Flirty Flamingo and Whisper White.
Instructions
Start with an A4 portrait card of Flirty Flamingo. Die cut the teardrop border from the Lily Pad die set twice from Real Red card and adhere these to the top and bottom of a Whisper White card layer. Using Real Red ink, stamp a sentiment from the Dressed To Impress set onto the lower right of the layer, above the die cut border. Adhere the layer direct to the card front. Die cut the stem and flowers from Flirty Flamingo card and pop up in the centre of the card. Die cut the large petalled lily from Real Red card and adhere direct to a scrap of From My Heart Specialty DSP. Trim away the DSP from the outline and pop the flower up on the card front with dimensionals.
On the Whisper White insert, simply add a strip of the From The Heart Specialty DSP (this is the reverse side of the pattern used on the front of the card).
Here’s a close up of the layered DSP lily.
Thanks for stopping by.
Enjoy the remainder of the weekend.
