The Painted Poppies stamp set (used on the inside of this card) has certainly proved very popular. It’s currently on back order, which means that it’s temporarily out of stock but you can still order it and SU! will ship it to you as soon as it’s back in stock.

Colour Combo

This colour combo mixes Poppy Parade, Basic Black and Whisper White

This colour combo mixes Poppy Parade, Basic Black and Whisper White with just a hint of Old Olive.

Instructions

Painted Poppies Label card

Start with an A4 portrait card of Poppy Parade. Adhere a layer of Peaceful Poppies DSP direct to the card front. Using the Painted Labels set, die cut a the large circular label from Poppy Parade card. Stamp a sentiment from the Peaceful Moments set onto a scrap of Whisper White with Memento Black ink. To fit the sentiment onto the smaller circular Painted Label, carefully cut it into two so that the words can be arranged on separate lines. They can always be assembled back on a block so that they stamp as originally intended. Die cut it out with the smaller circular label from Painted Labels. Adhere the stamped label direct to the Poppy Parade one and then pop both up on the card front with dimensionals. Finish with a few Peaceful Poppies Sequins.

Insert using Painted Poppies

On the Whisper White insert, stamp the large poppy head from the Painted Poppies set using Memento Black ink. Stamp both the watercolour spot and the large splash over the top of the flower with Poppy Parade ink. Using the same ink, stamp both the large and the small splash down the right border.

Thanks for stopping by.
