On Sunday I shared a masked Floral Essence card that I cased from the new annual catalogue. Today I have more masked Floral Essence cards to share with you. Each of my Paper Dolls team members got a different version of these last month and then I demonstrated how to make one on our monthly zoom meeting. COLOUR COMBO

This colour combo mixes Bermuda Bay, Smoky Slate and Mint Macaron.

INSTRUCTIONS

Start with an A6 portrait card Basic Black and mat with Bermuda Bay card. Take a card front layer of Whisper White. Use Smoky Slate ink to ink up the large anemone from the Floral Essence set and then use a sponge dauber to add Bermuda Bay ink around the edges before stamping just above the centre of the layer. Mask the flower and stamp the slightly smaller anemone above it using both ink colours in the same way. Mask this flower and stamp another above it, rotating the stamp. Stamp another of the smaller flowers at the base of the layer. Using Memento Black ink, stamp the corresponding flower centres. Mask the flowers and stamp leaves from the set using Mint Macaron ink. Colour in the leaves with the duo of Mint Macaron Blends.

Add a skinny strip of Bermuda Bay card at the left side of the stamped flowers. Add wider strips of Bermuda Bay and Smoky Slate DSP to the left side of this (my patterns are retired but we now have updated DSP colour assortments). Adhere the layer direct to the card front. Using Memento Black ink, stamp a sentiment from Good Morning Magnolia onto a scrap of Whisper White card. Die cut out with an Ornate Frames shape. Adhere this direct to a larger Ornate Frames shape die cut from Basic Black card. Pop the sentiment up on the card front with dimensionals.

On the Whisper White insert, stamp the outline flower from the Floral Essence set in the lower left corner using Tuxedo Black ink. Add a strip of Bermuda Bay DSP to the right hand edge.
