Today’s tutorial is for a Cinnamon Memories adventure card. This card would be appropriate for any friend about to embark on a major life change. It could be a career change, retirement or maybe moving home a significant distance.

Each week over on my Facebook page (please pop over and Like or Follow) I choose a product pick of the week to feature. This week, it’s the World of Good Memories & More Card Pack. I’ll have a selection of tutorials for you throughout the week that use different elements of this pack.

In the tutorial below, I take you step by step through creating the Cinnamon Memories adventure card. I also have a supply list for purchasing anything you don’t already own.

Although the Memories & More Card Packs are primarily designed for memory keeping I’ve always used them to make my card making quick and simple. This particular pack has 50 total double-sided cards (2 each of 25 designs) in 3″ x 4″ and 4″ x 6″ sizes; six 4″ x 6″ single-sided speciality cards with brass foil; 4 sticker sheets, 1 each of 4 designs.

The World of Good Memories & More Card Pack is currently backordered. This means that there will be a little delay in getting it delivered, but hopefully it’s less likely to sell out entirely before I’ve shared the week’s projects. I don’t know how long the other World of Good suite products will be available.

Colour Combo

The colour combo mixes Cinnamon Cider, Early Espresso and Metallic Brass.

Cinnamon Memories adventure card

Start with an A6 landscape card of Cinnamon Cider. Mat with World of Good DSP. Take one of the sentiment cards from the World of Good Memories & More Card Pack. Mat onto Early espresso card and pop up on the card front with dimensionals. Peel off one of the small compass stickers from the World of Good Memories & More Card Pack and pop up on a dimensional on the card front.

Cinnamon Memories adventure card inside

On the Basic White insert, stamp a sentiment from the Sailing Home set using Cinnamon Cider ink. Add a wide strip of World of Good DSP down the right side.
