Today’s tutorial is for a Charming good luck card. The same die set that cuts the words from the Charming Sentiment set also has dies that can be used to create the lucky four leaf clover. The short video shows not only how to die cut a lucky four leaf clover but also how to stamp one.

In the tutorial below, I take you step by step through creating the Charming good luck card. I also have a supply list for purchasing anything you don’t already own.

Colour Combo

This colour combo mixes Soft Sea Foam, Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock.

Charming good luck card

Start with an A6 portrait card of Lost Lagoon. Cut a (3-5/8″ x 5-1/4″) card front layer of Hello Irresistible DSP and mat onto a (3-7/8″ x 5-1/2″) card front layer of Soft Sea Foam card. Adhere the layers direct to the card front. Using Scalloped Contours dies, die cut the small slotted frame from Soft Sea Foam.

Apply Adhesive Sheet to the back of a scrap of Lost Lagoon card. Using the Sentiment Silhouettes dies, die cut four hearts and a stem from the card (creating stickers). Arrange the hearts on the die cut frame to create a four leaf clover (see video). Trim and add the stem of the clover. Using Pretty Peacock ink, stamp the good luck sentiment from the Charming Sentiments set onto a scrap of Basic White card. Die cut out with the matching Sentiment Silhouettes die and pop up over the base of the clover with mini dimensionals. Pop the framed sentiment and clover up on the card front with dimensionals.

Charming good luck card insert

On the Basic White insert, using Pretty Peacock ink, stamp another sentiment from the Charming Sentiments stamp set. Add a border of Hello Irresistible DSP down the right side.
