Our Spring/Summer catalogue has a sprinkling of valentine designed products but if you’re like me and don’t make any/too many valentine’s cards they’re still worth a look. The Love Blossoms DSP stack is full of delicate florals that work equally well for other occasions.

Here we’ve used them with the Sale-a-bration set, What I Love, to create a pretty thank you card. What I Love is a triple stamping set, providing an outline image and two solid images to create a stamped flower with real depth to it.

The card base is a 5″ square of Blushing Bride, matted with Love Blossoms DSP. Using Rose Red ink, the large flower from What I Love was stamped, masked and stamped twice more onto a square of Whisper White. Pink Pirouette was used for the first solid stamping of the flower and then Blushing Bride for the smaller solid stamping. After masking the flowers again, leaves from the set were stamped in Garden Green ink. A sentiment from the set was stamped in Rose Red ink before matting the layer onto Rose Red card and popping it up on the card front.

On the inside the Whisper White insert was decorated with strips of the same DSP as used on the front and the small flower and leaves were stamped in Rose Red and Garden Green.
