Today I have another card made with a Sale-a-bration freebie to share with you. This time the freebie is the Happy Wishes stamp set.
This is a big stamp set and so it’s a Level 2 Sale-a-bration freebie, meaning that it’s free with a spend of £90 or more. It includes two large sentiments; “happy” and “best” together with another 14 different stamps that can be combined with them to create a wide range of messages.
The card base is an A6 portrait of Basic Gray, matted with Tutti-frutti DSP. Using Basic Gray ink, the sentiment from Happy Wishes was stamped onto a panel of Whisper White card and once the ink had dried the flowers were coloured with a Lemon Lime Twist marker. Strips of Basic Gray card were punched with the Decorative Ribbon Border and adhered behind the panel top and bottom. Lemon Lime Twist 3/8″ Mini Striped Ribbon was wrapped around the panel before adhering it direct to the card front and a small piece of the same ribbon was tied on in a knot.
On the Whisper White insert, another sentiment from the same Happy Wishes set was stamped in Basic Gray ink and coloured in again with the Lemon Lime Twist marker. A piece of DSP offcut from the front panel was adhered towards the bottom of the insert.
