A quick dash back to the Snowflake Showcase suite today, as I have so many ideas for using the stamps and framelits that I want to share with you before the end of the month (or worse still, some earlier sell-out date). The White Velveteen Sheets have sold out already so don’t miss out on the stamps and framelits.
This is this week’s gift tag ready for my Christmas wrapping. It was made to go with this Snowflake card but as the Joyous Noel DSP has sold out I altered my planned design a little so that it doesn’t use DSP but still works with the card.
Less than 6 weeks to Christmas now! How are your preparations going?
The colour combo is just slightly different from that used on the card (Sahara Sand has been dropped from the tag for a brighter contrast for writing the message) and is Merry Merlot, Whisper White and metallic Copper.
The Snowfall thinlits were used to die cut different size snowflakes from Metallic Copper Foil, Merry Merlot card and Whisper White card. A Layering Circle slightly bigger than the largest snowflake was die cut from Merry Merlot card. After popping the copper snowflake up on a dimensional in the centre of the circle the Merlot and White snowflakes were adhered direct and a Basic Rhinestone added to the centre to finish.
A (scalloped) Layering Circle was die cut from Whisper White card and To/From sentiments from the Signs of Santa set were stamped in Merry Merlot ink before adhering it to the back of the snowflake layers. Merry Merlot & Copper Reversible Ribbon was tied onto the tag for attaching to the gift.
Thanks for stopping by.
