To celebrate the launch of the new annual catalogue I’m offering a paper share. This is a chance to get a little of all the different papers that are new out. And to help you use that paper instead of just stroking it (you wouldn’t do that would you, lol) I’m sharing a series of projects using paper. Here’s DSP share project 2 (skip back to yesterday to see project 1).

Today’s project picks out elements of the paper with fussy cutting (ie. trimming out a piece of the pattern with scissors). The Mosaic Mood patterns have a teeny margin around the images that make fussy cutting a little easier.

It’s not easy to see in the photos but the Mosaic Mood Specialty DSP has a kind of raised spot gloss on one side of each paper. The Memorable Mosaic stamp set and the Timeless Label punch are a bundle that get you 10% off!

Colour Combo

This colour combo mixes Mint Macaron, Very Vanilla and Blushing Bride.

Instructions

Start with an A6 portrait card of Mint Macaron. Take a card front layer of Very Vanilla and run through the Layered Leaves embossing folder. Adhere the layer direct to the card front. Fussy cut out one of the large roses and the humming bird from the Mosaic Mood Specialty DSP. Pop these up on dimensionals on the card front. Using Mint Macaron ink, stamp the sentiment from Memorable Mosaic onto Very Vanilla card. Punch this out with the co-ordinating Timeless Label and pop up on the card front.

On the Very Vanilla insert, stamp the circle flower motif from the Memorable Mosaic set in the lower centre with Mint Macaron ink. Using Soft Suede ink, stamp the mosaic chain motif either side of the circle.
