This Beautiful Autumn Thanks card combines the Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP with the virtually matching stamp from the Beautiful Autumn set to create almost a positive and negative effect.

This is the same pattern of paper that I used on this anniversary card. This time though, I used the Ornate Frames for the sentiment. The Petal Pink card base lends a more summery feel to this card.

COLOUR COMBO

This colour combo mixes Mint Macaron, Petal Pink and Metallic Copper.

INSTRUCTIONS

Start with an A6 portrait card of Petal Pink. Using Mint Macaron ink, stamp the trio of leaves from the Beautiful Autumn set (without the long stem), randomly over a card front layer of Whisper White. Adhere a panel of the matching Mint Macaron Gilded Autumn Specialty DSP direct to the left hand side. Wrap Basket Weave Ribbon from the Basket Weave & Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack around the join of the DSP to the card front layer, before adhering it direct to the card front. Using the Ornate Frames set, die cut the wide ornate frame from Copper Foil. Using Mint Macaron ink, stamp a sentiment from the Beautiful Autumn set onto a scrap of Whisper White card. Die cut out with the wide oval from the Ornate Frames set and adhere direct to the Foil frame. Pop the layers up on dimensionals on the card front.

On the Whisper White insert, stamp another sentiment from the Beautiful Autumn set using Mint Macaron ink. Use the same ink to stamp the outline trio of leaves in opposite corners. Stamp the solid trio of leaves over the top of each, stamping off first each time. Add a strip of the other Mint Macaron pattern of DSP along the base.
