Tag It Christmas Card and help make a difference

It’s Friday again already and so time for another Christmas idea Smile

Our Christmas card this week uses the all occasion Tag It stamp set.

Now this set co-ordinates with the Chalk Talk framelits for easy die cutting. More importantly, SU! donates £2 to Ronald McDonald House Charities for every Tag It stamp set sold, so you not only get a great all occasion stamp set to use, but can feel good that you’ve helped make a difference.

The card here is a stepped up version and over on my Facebook page you’ll find a much simplified version, using less bling.

The card base is an A6 portrait of Real Red. A mat of Whisper White was run through the Northern Flurry embossing folder (120902) before adhering to a mat of Basic Black and then direct to the card front. The little Santa from the Tag It stamp set (W130300 or C130303) was stamped in Real Red ink onto Whisper White card, die cut out with the matching Chalk Talk framelit (129983) and popped up on dimensionals on the card front.

For the stepped up bling, the tag and Santa’s belt were edged with Silver Sparkle Dazzling Details (127845). Basic Rhinestones (119246) were added to the centre of the snowflakes and Santa’s hat and a small bow of Real Red Taffeta Ribbon (119251) was added to the top of the tag.

If you don’t have a die cutting machine then you could simply hand cut the tag and stamp snowflakes instead of embossing them, or please email me if you’d like to order supplies.

As usual, I’ll be back some time within the next week with a non-Christmas card using the same stamp set.

Have a great weekend.

Sara xx
