‘my bad! 😀

It’s taken me until now to have a play with this Simply Fabulous Simply Sent kit.

It comes complete with 8 laser cut cards,  matching envelopes and ribbon, sticker hearts and rhinestones.

Personally, I don’t really like the postcard style, but that’s easy fixed – I created my own card blank and popped the postcard up on the front on dimensionals.

The card base is a landscape of Pistachio Pudding cut to the same size as the postcard from the Simply Fabulous Simply Sent kit (126925). Mats of more Pistachio Pudding and Whisper White card were cut to nest in the centre of the postcard. A sentiment from Perfectly Penned (Wood 128703 or Clear 122892) was stamped in Versamark ink (102283) onto the Whisper White mat and heat embossed with Clear EP (109130). Bermuda Bay, Pistachio Pudding and Smoky Slate inks were applied over the top with Sponge Daubers (102892) and the excess ink wiped away to reveal the sentiment. The layers were matted together directly and then one of the Smoky Slate ribbons was threaded through and tied in a bow. Sticker hearts were layered up, added along the bottom of the stamped and inked layer and finished with rhinestones. Finally the layers were popped up on the card front with dimensionals.

There’s still time to get your own kit (just click on the link in the description above).
