A thank you Christmas card

Tags Til Christmas card

Sorry for being so tardy. No post yesterday and very late today I know.

I’m in the middle of exams again and revising hard. Or at least pretty hard, lol. I did have the night off last night to go to the theatre with my Mum and friends to see The End of the Rainbow (a musical about Judy Garland’s later life). It was very well done but it’s a little sad that the play focuses on the end of her life when things weren’t going so well, rather than when she was at her peak.

Today’s card is my thank you card for my customers this month. Instead of my usual thank you card, I figured they might appreciate a Christmas card that they can re-use 🙂

Recipe
Stamp set: Tags Til Christmas (W120847 or C121169), Petite Pairs (W122495 or C122497)
Cardstock: Wild Wasabi (111850), Early Espresso (121686), Very Vanilla (106550)
Ink: Cherry Cobbler (119669)
DSP: Holly Berry Bouquet Specialty (124004)
Punches: Decorative Label (120907), Ornament (119847), Modern Label (119849), Word Window (119857)
Other: Basic Rhinestones (119246)

A square card blank of Wild Wasabi was matted with Very Vanilla card edged with strips of the Holly Berry Bouquet Specialty DSP. The ornament from the Tags Til Christmas set was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink onto Very Vanilla card and punched out with the Ornament. This was matted onto a Decorative Label punched from Early Espresso card and popped up on dimensionals on the card front. The sentiment from the Petite Pairs was also stamped in Cherry Cobbler ink onto Very Vanilla card and punched out with the Word Window. This was matted onto a Modern Label punched from Early Espresso card and also popped up on dimensionals on the card front.

Can’t believe that it’s only two more sleeps until we set off to Paris for the annual Stampin’ Up! convention. Woohoo!

Sara xx
