I ordered the Flower Patch stamp set and Flower Fair framelits as a bundle (saving 15%) as soon as the Annual Catalogue launched but they’ve been so popular that the stamp set went on immediate back order. Flower Patch is one of the photopolymer sets so that you can see exactly where you are stamping to layer up the flowers and leaves.

flowerpatchMy stamp set should now be arriving on Monday and it was only when I got the notice of the delivery, that I realised there’s nothing to stop me using the framelits on their own!

The card base for this Get Well is a small square of Bermuda Bay matted with Back to Black DSP. The sentiment from Sassy Salutations was stamped in Bermuda Bay ink onto Whisper White card, punched out with the Large Oval and matted onto a Scallop Oval punched from Tangerine Tango before popping up on dimensionals on the card front. Just two of the eleven dies in the Flower Fair framelits set were used to cut flowers from Bermuda Bay, Tangerine Tango and Smoky Slate card. (The flowers used don’t quite nest together on the cutting plate so the larger one was cut first and then the smaller one from within it). These were popped up around the sentiment with slivers of dimensional. Basic Pearls were added to the centre of each flower to finish.

The Flower Patch stamp set has gone straight on back order again (it really is that popular!) but you can still order the bundle and SU! will ship the framelits immediately and then send the stamps as soon as they come back in stock, all for the single postage charge.

If you have any questions about ordering the bundle or the individual items then please email me.
